HI-PI - Join me for a class of Pilates inspired movements that target the core with high intensity interval training that will challenge your endurance while building lean muscle mass. All levels welcome.
TUESDAY/THURSDAY (DIRTY 30)
Dirty 30 - This cardio strength training workout will maximize your calorie burn in a short amount of time. Using a variety of formats each week from functional training and HIIT to Kickboxing.
Gentle flow is a slow paced gentle stretching and strengthening sequence of movements that will assist you with becoming aware of breath and can help to calm the mind.
Yin yoga consists of a series of long held passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body, hips, pelvis, inner thigh, and spine. Poses are held up to 5 minutes at a time, sometimes longer. Join me, your body will thank you.
