Short on time? This 30 minute workout combines cardio and strength training exercises using a variety of fitness formats to help you get closer towards your goals.

YOGA FOR YOUR BODY

Improve flexibility, rest, recover, and restore. Yoga goes beyond the poses with these gentle flow practices. Combining gentle flow sequences, Yin, and Restorative practices to create balance.

5:30 PM

LOW INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (LIIT)

This class is the opposite of HIIT. Designed with beginners in mind or for those looking to reestablish a fitness routine. The use of props such as a chair and your wall, are highly recommended.
