This 30 minute Cardio workout gets your heart pumping. We combine a combination of formats from Dance Fitness to HIIT.
Taking the practice of yoga outside of the standard shape of the pose. Perfect for beginners who would like to experience the benefits of yoga in these adaptable practices. Props are encouraged as needed.
Improve flexibility, rest, recover, and restore. Yoga goes beyond the poses with these gentle flow practices. Slow down and create stillness in these Yin and Restorative poses.
