This fat burning, body sculpting workout is one of the best combinations out there. Combining the great benefits fitness, pilates, yoga and barre to offer and mind and body conditioning program.

This 30 minute Cardio workout gets your heart pumping. We combine a combination of formats from Dance Fitness to HIIT.

GENTLE FLOW

Taking the practice of yoga outside of the standard shape of the pose. Perfect for beginners who would like to experience the benefits of yoga in these adaptable practices. Props are encouraged as needed.

YIN YOGA

Improve flexibility, rest, recover, and restore. Yoga goes beyond the poses with these gentle flow practices. Slow down and create stillness in these Yin and Restorative poses.

Dance fitness workout incorporating world beats. Get your groove on while building cardio endurance and sculpting your body at the same time.
